New Website and Registration Process

AYSO Region 350 is joining all AYSO regions in moving our website to Blue Sombrero where our website will be hosted and where AYSO Parents, Players and Volunteers will Register to play and to volunteer.

We previously registered players and volunteers in eAYSO which we are no longer using for new registrations.  Because we are not using eAYSO any longer, ALL parents, players and volunteers will need to create a new account on the new website.  One thing that is different with the new system is that One parent will create the initial family account.  From this account the parent will add the second parent and all of the children that are playing or volunteering.  Additional users can be added as well so they are linked to the players account such as a Grandparent that is coaching or bringing the child to games and practice.  When an additional user is added that user will receive an email inviting them to create their own username and password.  

Please make sure that you use full legal name and correct Date of Birth when registering on the website.  This information will be used to ensure you children are placed in the correct division for playing and is used for performing the background check for all volunteers.

If you are a volunteer you will need to create a new account however, your certifications will be pulled from eAYSO and associated with your new account.   If your certifications do not automatically associate with your account, please notify the appropriate Board member.  (Coach Administrator, Referee Administrator, Team Parent Coordinator)
