AYSO Region 350 is proud to invite your team to the 1st Annual Stay In Your Lane Tournament
| Scope: | AYSO Open Invitational – open to AYSO teams from all Sections and non-AYSO teams. |
| When: | Friday, Saturday & Sunday, April 24th through April 26the, 2020 –Friday night is limited to local 08U – 19U. |
| Where: | The tournament will be held in Tucson, Arizona. There is no charge for parking but park responsibly. No pets are allowed at fields! |
| Who: | Boys and girls teams in age divisions: 12U (9v9) 15 players max., 10U (7v7) 10 players max., 8U (4v4) 7 players max, 10U – 19U (6v6) 12 players max. All players must be registered to play in the AYSO/Club 2019 primary season. Guest players will be allowed for 10U – 12U (3 maximum per team). Co-ed teams will be accepted in boys’ divisions only. |
| What: | Pool play tournament for 10U – 19U. Each team will be guaranteed 2 games in pool play. The top teams will advance to the medal round. All matches will be as follows: (70 min. for 16U and up, 60 min. for 14U, 50 min. for 12U, 40 min for 10U, and 30 min for 08U). Each team will be guaranteed at least 2 matches. |
| Why: | The 1st Annual AYSO Stay In Your Lane Festival is being conducted as a fundraiser by AYSO Region 350 to raise funds for continuing education, equipment improvement, and to provide Scholarship funds for youths in Region 350. |
| Awards: | All players and 1 coaches per team will receive a tournament t-shirt and pin. All players on the 1st and 2nd place teams will receive a medal. Fun fest players will receive a participatory award. |
| Entry Fee, Refunds: | $350 for all divisions. A full refund will be issued if tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a team withdraws 30 or more days before the tournament, a full refund is given. Within 30 days of the tournament, no refund is provided unless a replacement team is found. |
| Referee Fee, Refunds: | $0 for tournament teams. Each team is asked to provide a qualified 3-person referee team to cover 3 games during the tournament. |
| Rules: | A full set of tournament rules are posted on the tournament website. |
| Acceptance: | The application deadline is April 19th. All teams will be notified within 48 hrs. of the application deadline or receipt of application (whichever is latest) as to their status. Teams that are not accepted will be given the option to have their complete application returned or to be placed on the waiting list. |
| How: | Team entry applications and all necessary forms are available on the tournament website.
Please send 1 Team/Region check that covers both the Entry and Referee fees, along with the tournament application, referee information form, and team roster to the Tournament Registrar address below. Club directors or Regional commissioner must sign application and team roster. Appropriate referee administrator must sign referee information form. See referee form for details.
